1. HOUSE RULES
Non-smoking accommodation
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property. Please use the designated outdoor areas.
No pets allowed
Pets are not permitted in the property.
Keep windows closed when using air conditioning
Please keep all windows and doors closed while the air conditioning is running, in order to maintain its efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
Dining room centre window
For technical reasons, the centre window in the dining room is permanently closed and cannot be opened. Please do not try to open it.
Bins
Please put the black bin outside the gate on Sunday evening, and the yellow recycling bin outside on Thursday evening.
